centerstretching
is a technique

that begins, with us finding our "0 point".
A place that is free flowing... a relaxed space
that can be discribed as a "fluid awareness of alignment".
Through the concepts of The Alexander Technique
& Ergonomics- we can begin to continutally find
this truly "comfortable" place of alignment
at all times in everyday life.

Then, once we are aware of what it feels like
to be really comfortable...
in this fluid state of mind & body-
we begin to create an
awareness of when we are
and are not in this "comfortable alignment space".
Now, we can easily begin stretching in long slow sustained pulses -
stretching gently, in a way that is most healing to the body...allowing us to relase stress,
toxins, and work out kinks easily.
As we grow more & more in touch...
all movement, as well as all sitting
and standing postures
that we move through in our day,
and even how we sleep at night
has a healing effect.

An overall joyful experience...

yogadance flow
is a set of yoga

that gives yoga a Tai Chi like flow of
continuous postures where one set is
repeated daily offering a way
to see how the body it doing and adapt to what it needs.
The set can be done
for 5 min. or 2 hours.
Each time we do it,

we feel a way to check in with the body
& get in-tune with it... this is the purpose
of learning the centerstetching technique first.
yogadance flow
or any other form of stretching
in a healthy way
that works with the bodies natural abilities
and moves it forwards towards harmonization... gracefully.
yogadance flow is similar to Ashanga Yoga -
a wonderful form of yoga that is one of the oldest
and shows the basis for "yoga therapy".
yogadance flow was inspired by Shri Raman
a 80 year young yoga teacher supple as a teenager
who had practiced Astanga Yoga daily for 50 years
went he met Aliah.
She asked to study with him for
an intensive teacher training.
He said, "Come to my house before
the sun rise and we make yoga!"
So she drove to his house in the dark for months
while she prepared her first one woman show at 22:
A Dance For Peace was dedicated to Peace Pilgrim
who walked 7x's accross the US in the name of peace.
After performing it locally - she left to take the show to Israel, France, & Amsterdam.
Shri Raman had helped her to transform her life...
living like a yogi by doing yoga
outside as the sun rose with him and his other students
and it completely transformed her whole life.
